Zach Tanner, DDS, MS
Dr. Tanner is passionate about providing the members of the local community with individualized, comprehensive dental care.
Originally from Arizona, Dr. Tanner studied at Arizona State and Brigham Young Universities. He then attended the University of Colorado Denver, where he earned a Doctorate in Dental Surgery. He was commissioned in the United States Army and served as a general dentist at Fort Bragg, NC from 2013-2016. Wishing to expand his clinical capabilities, he then attended a two-year residency program at Schofield Barracks in Oahu, Hawaii where he gained clinical experience and earned a Master of Science in Oral Biology. He is committed to ongoing dental education and is always working to improve his skillset!
Dr. Tanner completed his Army service at Fort Hood, TX in 2020, retiring as a Major. Having lived in multiple locations throughout the country, Dr. Tanner and his wife Debbie maintained a special love for Colorado and have chosen to make the Western Slope home for themselves and their two sons, Dane and Rory.
