How They Work
Clear aligners use advanced 3-D computer-imaging technology to plan your treatment from the current positioning of your teeth to your final smile. From this plan, custom clear thermoplastic aligners are created. These are similar to teeth-whitening trays and fit your teeth precisely. Gentle forces move your teeth into position. You’ll replace the aligners with a new set about every two weeks and progress through treatment for about a year. Total treatment time depends on your unique needs and goals.
